Ingredients:
- ¼ cup of chopped fresh mint leaves.
- ¼ cup of chopped fresh parsley.
- ¼ cup of chopped fresh cilantro.
- ¼ cup of chopped fresh dill.
- 1 cut serrano chili.
- ¼ cup of fresh lime juice.
- 2 tablespoons of white miso.
- ½ teaspoon of kosher salt.
- Ground black pepper to taste.
- 2 tablespoons of water.
- ½ cup of extra-virgin olive oil.
- 2 cups of white rice.
- 4 cups of water.
- 1 cup of sugar snap peas.
- 3 scallions.

Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and toast in a baking tray for 10 minutes. When they are golden, chop them. Reserve.
