However, there are certain things you need to do to prevent these strenuous times from destroying you mentally.

If you find yourself getting angry every time you watch a certain news source, you might want to change a channel to something else. You must keep a cool head and allow yourself to feel great every day. It doesn’t make any sense for you to be angry at a news program that you have no influence over. It makes sense for you to put your time and energy into media sources that will make you feel good. For example, you can focus on stories that provide positive and uplifting news about something nice. Your focus is what creates your reality, so you need to put it where it will serve you best.

Focus on Positive People

Not only should you cut horrible news programs out of your life, but you should be doing the same thing with people. Don’t Focus on What You Cannot Control

There are a few small things in your life that you have control over, and you should be focusing only on those things.
