With the pre-release of his single, “Love Me Again,” BTS member Kim Taehyung, also known as V, made has his solo debut. The song is a part of his debut album Layover that is set to release on 9 September. The much anticipated music video has a throwback atmosphere, with V taking center stage as a lover who has been dumped.
Fans were thrilled to learn that V had released an album because he was the only surviving member to have done so since the break. Without providing a timetable in advance, the BigHit Entertainment organization that represents the celebrity-studded group announced the album’s release date as August 8, 2023. V released the first of his five promised music videos on 9 August.
“Love Me Again” discusses the difficulties of moving on after a breakup and missing loved ones. Kim Taehyung makes an appearance wearing a crimson shimmering suit in one of the scenes and sings in front of a microphone. He confesses to being plagued by thoughts of his former love. His appearance perfectly matches his fresh blonde hairstyle. Adorned with elegant golden chains and ear cuffs, he adds a hint of glamor to Kim Taehyung’s striking fashion sense in the video.
Although “Love Me Again” has had a strong start for V, his upcoming music video, Rainy Days, is set to debut on Friday (August 11) at 1 pm KST (9.30 am IST). Both “Love Me Again” and Rainy Days were originally slated for pre-release.
