How Do You Qualify For A Medical Marijuana Card
The latest reports show that nearly 200,000 patients had OMMA approved Oklahoma MMJ cards, by the end of last year.

As per Oklahoma’s MMJ laws, there are no specific qualifying conditions to get an MMJ card. Oklahoma MMJ Card Application
Patients must register with OMMA, through a patient registry and apply for an Oklahoma medical marijuana card, with application fee being $100. However, if the patient is a minor, then a licensed podiatrist is authorized to recommend MMJ. The MMJ card validity is limited to 60 days. In such cases, OMMA demands a separate 60-Day Physician Recommendation Form.
The application does not take more than 30 days for approval, provided all the details provided adhere to the OMMA regulations.
