How Does Amazon's Algorithm Work_

The algorithm of Amazon works in such a way that it tries to surpass the price or match it while competing with online stores and websites. A former Amazon employee informed me that Costco has the lowest cost per unit for a specific product.

Amazon tries to implement price matching with Costco in terms of similar products and pack sizes. Costco has already established pricing where all the prices are quite low for all products across the board, even when the pack size is similar at Costco and Amazon.

Costco and Amazon evaluate the pricing of products of each other’s brands and accordingly set their prices. Who benefits from this competition? Customers benefit from this comparison and price match; therefore, the brand provides value.

Amazon’s price-matching policies benefit its business operations and customers. Here, I am sharing with you the advantages of reducing the price of the products and how it encourages brand loyalty.

Beating the price set by the competitors of the products leads to several benefits. The first benefit is higher success rates as it grows your business in a very short time. When you can assess long-term implications. Even the sales are boosted as higher ROIs are generated!
